Figuring this out

Bear with me...this is all so foreign, but I saw an article in a magazine yesterday that talked about being able to publish your blog posts and pictures into a hardbound book. This could then serve as a journal of my life, so to speak. But it can't just be plain Jane, and since I'm technologically challenged, this is going to be quite an adventure for me!
